  • For international orders, a Return Authorization must be created prior to returning your shipment to ensure proper credit is given. Please note: (1) Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return unworn merchandise. (2) Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). (3) The original shipping and handling fees are non- refundable. (4) The costs for BorderFree to forward your order back to our Returns Department in the U.S. will be subtracted from your refund total. Please click here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive return instructions. Be sure to indicate how many boxes you'll be using to return your purchase, as a RMA number is required for each parcel being shipped back to us.
  • International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Pitney Bowes global checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. If you'd like to get an estimate before placing your order, please place the desired merchandise in your cart and proceed to Checkout. Once your shipping address is entered, you will see an itemized description of costs.
  • If you believe your shoes are defective, you have the option to return them to our warehouse for inspection. Please note that we do not offer repair services or replacements parts and we do not guarantee refunds, as our warehouse makes the final determination.

    Please print a Defective Product Return Form and follow return instructions. We are unable to offer exchanges for defective product returns. All returns will be subject to refund only. Note: We recommend using a traceable shipping service (UPS or insured U.S. Mail). We are not responsible for lost packages.
